Core Rules-Lite Mechanics

  • Fast-Paced Gameplay: Simple rules and quick combat keep the focus on the action and horror.

  • Classes: Customize your character with unique archetypes defined by their SOUL, BODY, and MIND. Play a Fanatic obsessed with evolution, a Spartan blinded by loyalty to their camp, or a Nomad versed in survival and adaptation.

  • Fleshworks: Harness grotesque powers through Fleshworks.

  • Brutalist Levels: Navigate the crumbling levels built by CELARCs, a never-ending construction where each level could span the size of planets.

Expanded Rules

Expanded Lore & Optional Rules: Included is an entire section dedicated to expanding on the world of Tethered Flesh while also adding immersive rules around crafting, medicine, rest, travel, and more! 

  • Make a candle by harvesting the visceral fat found around the organs of a Tethered, cook it down into tallow and use their tough sinew as wicks.

  • Turn their sinew into Sinchew, giving a clarity like feeling to the user. But beware as Sinchew abuse may lead to other effects such as Rustmouth.

  • Learn what it means to truely embody your class and character with expanded lore on each faction and strain.
